From Manila  Victory Liner buses have hourly departures to Olongapo from their Pasay (Makati) and Monumento (LRT Monumento) Terminals and have an hourly service from Manila International Airport to Olongapo via Clark International Airport.
 
Sulog Transit, 1377 Quirino Avenue, San Dionisio 1700 Parañaque also have a terminal in Olongapo, but the buses are not so clean as the Victory Liner. 
From Angeles City
Public Transport - The simplest way is by Victory Liner run an hourly service from Clark International Airport to Olongapo via SM City - Clark, they also run services to Iba which pass through Barrio Barretto, see their website for times.
Victory Liner and Genesis have regular services from Dau/Mabalacat Bus Terminal along the SCTEX motorway to their Olongapo terminals.
There are also mini buses plying the route from Dau/Mabalacat Bus Terminal to Apo Circle.
Jeepneys to Barrio Barretto (P4.50) & Subic, and the Main Gate, leave from the Victory Liner terminal by Ulo ng Apo circle. An efficient internal bus service operates within the former base.
Jeepneys from Barrio Barretto to Subic cost P12 - a trike is around P150.
Dedicated Services
Angel's Bakery  service from their Angeles shop leaves 7:30 a.m. and returns from Barrio Barretto shop at 2 p.m.  Php300.
The Thumbstar Bus  service Leaves Angeles 1 p.m. from: Night Moves, Candy Bar, Phillies, Envy & Brass Knob   Php995.  Leaves Barrio Barretto for Angeles 10 a.m.
 Air Flags  Rem's to door to door service is highly recommended, and is the expat's choice.
